About Me

My name is Jeff Kramer and I grew up having a love for exercise and playing many different sports and knew I wanted to make a career out of it. I attended the University of Toledo and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and then a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

I have worked for 14 years as a physical therapist but found myself wanting to work on the preventative side of healthcare to help people avoid many of the conditions I saw them develop as a result of poor nutrition and sedentary lifestyles. I decided health coaching was the best way to accomplish this and became an NSHC Certified Health Coach.

I am also a husband and father of 3 and soon realized how difficult it is to be a dad and maintain a healthy lifestyle. So I started Kramer Health Coaching to help busy dads everywhere lead healthier, happier lives.
